The portable and highly flexible shock wave therapy instrument for veterinarians |
 |
Shock wave therapy with the ActiVitor¹ Vet induces a change in cell metabolism and activates revascularization
of the tissue being treated.
Shock wave therapy promotes the secretion of cytokines, neurotransmitters and other locally active substances by the
cells.
The ActiVitor¹ Vet offers high efficiency in combination with a low number repeat treatments required. In addition,
the combination of optimized treatment parameters with the large focal volume result in a low number of repeat treatments
and therefore a high level of cost-effectiveness.
Furthermore, the hand-held therapeutic head affords precise and flexible access to the areas receiving therapy and is
extremely well adapted to future therapies.
Different therapeutic heads, variably adapted to the particular treatment needs, can be easily connected to the instrument
without the need to exchange the power unit. |
